Our Blushing Peacock is 100% property grown Frontenac Gris.  

This vintage showcases strawberry and raspberry on the nose, with tart blood orange on the finish  The 2021 summer was hot and humid, resulting in a high yield and high alcohol.  Refreshing, fruity, and dry as always.

Create delicious sangrias, or add some sparkling soda for a zippy poolside cocktail.
